The thrill is gone. I am in a slump. I have not been track side for awhile now. I wonder what will bring the the excitement back.

No news is good news. My summer was short and too busy. Now that fall is here and things are slowing down some, I can focus on some trians.. Now I have some time to update the site, maybe.
